HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU COME OFF A COURT AND SOMEONE HAS SAID TO YOU OR YOUR COACH HAS SAID…. You need to be mentally tougher or you lost that match because you couldn’t control your emotions or why can’t you just control your anger when you lose a point or if only you didn’t get nervous when you are up in a match…… well ask yourself…… HOW OFTEN do you actually spend training your MENTAL SKILLS??? The Answer I get the majority of the time is NEVER! 

If you watch a lot of top class athletes in any sport they all have one thing in common, they have learnt how to control themselves in uncomfortable situations and have all benefited and have implemented some form of Mental Skills training into their tennis training programs.
